Competencies are the skills and qualifications a person possesses to perform daily tasks and responsibilities. A competency can be technical, managerial, or behavioral.

SoftExpert Competência is a solution for the effective management of business competencies, allowing employees' skills to be continuously verified and reported, as well as tracking the completion of assessments within established deadlines. The module also supports the constant improvement of employees, positively impacting productivity, competitiveness, and corporate profitability.

To use the Competency module correctly, you will need to obtain the Administration module. Through SoftExpert Administration, managers can map competencies and manage the profiles of their employees, integrating employee information to enhance their skills.

 

What are its characteristics?

The component is divided into the following menus:

Settings Menus for configuring teams, parameters, permission profiles, and types.
Register Menus for registering competencies, assessment items, assessment plans, and learning methods.
Consultation Menus for viewing evaluations, career paths, employee information, competencies, evaluation plans, tasks, etc.
Execution Menus for conducting assessments and creating an assessment plan.
Management Menus for mapping competencies and planning assessments.

The first workflow allows you to map skills to an area/function and/or processes/activities.
